At Patta, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels are attached, and include the printed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
